Role Overview:
We are seeking an Amazon Specialist with strong analytical skills to manage and optimize Amazon stores for our clients while evaluating overall account performance.
The ideal candidate has experience in data-driven decision-making, presenting insights to clients, and driving growth through strategic advertising execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Ads Management: Create, optimize, and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR) and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
Full Account Evaluation and Strategy Formulation: Analyze both organic and paid performance, identifying areas for growth across listings, conversion rates, and creating an overall strategy.
Reporting & Insights: Develop and present clear, actionable performance reports to clients, translating complex data into understandable recommendations.
Client Communication: Act as a strategic advisor to small business as well as corporate clients, leading discussions on campaign performance, optimizations, and growth strategies.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement and assess creative, bidding, and targeting strategies to improve efficiency.
Competitive & Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
4+ years of Amazon end-to-end Experience with proven success in scaling ad accounts.
Excellent client communication skills, with experience in a client-facing role (REQUIRED)
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Amazon Ads Console, PACVue, Perpetua, Helium 10, or similar.
Catalog Management - Must be knowledgeable in handling suppression issues as well as other compliance issues pertaining to the account.
Listing Optimization - Knowledgeable on using flat-files or at least basic knowledge on how to do listing optimization, listing update, and variation.
Proficiency in data visualization & reporting (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
Ability to work independently while managing cross-functional teams (creative, SEO, operations).
Amazon DSP experience is a plus.

Availability to attend client meetings and internal meetings during US/EST business hours
