Video Editor - short form video

We are looking for a skilled video editor to help turn our long-form interview footage into short, high-impact videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

The job:
You will edit approximately 30 interviews into 60-second clips

Each clip should be:
Cropped properly for vertical viewing (9:16)
Include dynamic captions
Feature background music appropriate to the content
End with a simple branded end screen

After the initial batch of 30, we will need 8 new clips per month using the existing interview footage

What we're looking for:
-Experience editing short-form video for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
-Ability to identify the most engaging soundbites
-Clean, modern editing style
-Fast turnaround and good communication
-Familiarity with platforms like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools

This is remote, contract work with potential for ongoing projects if we’re a good fit.
