Fulltime - Landing Page Designer

The Role

We’re looking for a talented and conversion-focused Landing Page Designer to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for designing clean, compelling, and high-performing landing pages that drive real business outcomes—think lead gen, demo bookings, and sales.

This isn’t just about making things “look good.” It’s about understanding what makes people click, scroll, and take action.

What You’ll Do

- Design visually appealing and conversion-optimized landing pages in Unbounce.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to bring pages to life
- A/B test layouts, CTAs, and components to improve performance
- Ensure designs are mobile-responsive and user-friendly
- Work within brand guidelines but push boundaries when needed

You Might Be a Fit If You...

- Have a strong portfolio of landing pages that drive results
- Understand CRO principles, UX/UI best practices, and visual hierarchy
- Can take rough sketches or wireframes and turn them into polished, on-brand pages
- Are familiar with no-code tools like Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, or similar
- Can communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with non-designers
- Are self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and open to feedback
