? Research competitors, customers, and industry trends — understand *why people buy*
? Develop high-converting **angles, hooks, and concepts** based on real data & psychology
? Write killer scripts & briefs — then guide editors with clear direction
? Track results on FB, iterate what works & improve - double down on winners, come up with new ones
? Analyze metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Hook Rate) and make decisions: what ideas work, what to scale, what to iterate
? Manage & motivate our **editors** to execute your vision
? Build a **Creative Learnings System** so we’re smarter every week - Feedback loop is key (understand what works from your tests)
