Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for job submittals, change orders, punch list items, ordering materials, etc. Your expertise will ensure the accurate assessment of materials, labor, and project requirements to support our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING THE SOFTWARE PROCORE.
- Analyze project plans, take offs, specifications, and drawings to manage project through completion.
- Research and maintain up-to-date pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Complete job submittals and change orders in PROCORE.
- Be familiar with Property Intell and have general knowledge reading landscape takeoffs.
- Transfer submitted bid information into PipeDrive and manage follow ups.
- Exhibit ethical decision-making and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in using PROCORE for landscape project management.
- Experience with using CRMs preferably PipeDrive.
- Familiarity with take-off software is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and other project management tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
