JOB OVERVIEW

Role Purpose:
To support the Managing Director by proactively reaching out to housing providers, local councils, and landlords to generate new business opportunities, book meetings, schedule viewings, and manage the lead pipeline — helping to secure properties for use as temporary /emergency accommodation/ nightly rate accommodation

Key Responsibilities:
? Outbound Outreach

Research and build a database of local councils, housing associations, charities, and housing providers.

Contact housing officers and provider teams by phone and email to introduce the company’s services.

Identify the right contact person within each organisation and keep accurate records.

? Landlord Sourcing Support

Assist with finding private landlords and letting agents through online ads, portals, and landlord forums.

Reach out to landlords by phone, email, and online channels to pitch the guaranteed rent offer.

Qualify landlord leads and gather initial property information.

? Appointment Setting

Book phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings for the Managing Director or Acquisitions Manager.

Arrange and confirm property viewings with landlords and agents.

Send meeting reminders and follow-up emails.

? Admin & CRM Management

Keep the lead pipeline up to date in the CRM or tracking sheet.

Draft and send follow-up messages after meetings.

Prepare simple reports on outreach progress each week.

Key Skills & Requirements:
? Excellent written and spoken English.
? Confident communicator on the phone and via email.
? Professional, polite, and persistent — able to follow up without being pushy.
? Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
? Comfortable using spreadsheets, email tools, and CRM software.
? Self-motivated — able to work independently and deliver targets.
? Experience in property, assisted, supported living lettings, customer service, or sales is a plus but not essential.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment for calls.

Working Hours:
hours per week (e.g., 20 hours/week to start).

Flexible hours but must cover some UK business hours for calls.
