Workflow Automation Specialist (n8n) – Part-Time Remote

We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Workflow Automation Specialist for our digital agency. You’ll help us build, document and optimize automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, and custom APIs for internal and client-facing operations.
You will:

Build and maintain no-code/low-code workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make)

Document processes and automation logic clearly

Integrate APIs and create basic scripts

Test for errors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data compliance (e.g. GDPR basics)

Work closely with our process experts to implement efficient solutions

Requirements:

1+ year experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar tools

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks

Strong logical and structured thinking

Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

Bonus: experience with CRM tools, Airtable, Notion, or process mapping tools
