For our fast-growing e-commerce & dropshipping business, we are looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing advertising performance across Meta
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Meta ad performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Value, etc.).
- Maintain external spreadsheets with clear documentation of ad data and trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign performance (scale up, pause, adjust targeting, budget shifts, etc.).
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to identify winning creatives and optimize testing structures.
- Create weekly performance reports and visual dashboards for internal decision-making.
- Help identify underperforming ads or products and suggest improvements or removal.
- Assist in planning and structuring CBO/ABO campaigns based on real-time data and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and in-depth understanding of paid social KPIs.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear decisions.
- Experience in scaling e-commerce brands and optimizing ads for profitability.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
Must:
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce performance tracking.
- Understanding of product testing processes and funnel analysis.
You will be a key part of our growth team and directly influence which products we scale. Accuracy, speed, and insight are crucial in this role.
