About Us
Inner Create Ltd is a growing Architectural Design and Construction Management
consultancy based in the UK. We work on a range of exciting projects — from small
residential extensions and renovations to larger multi-unit developments with private clients
and developers.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Architect, Architectural Technician,
or Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis initially, with the potential to
increase hours after training and depending on workload.

The Role
You will primarily focus on residential developments and support the delivery of high-quality
design and technical documentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing workflow and project deadlines
- Drawing up measured surveys
- Producing accurate AutoCAD drawings
- Developing technical details and supporting building regulations applications
- Creating 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp
- Preparing proposal documents and presentation materials

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, technically skilled, and proactive. Ideally,
you will meet the following criteria:
- Degree qualification preferred (Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Architectural Design & Technology)
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience
- Excellent technical capabilities and attention to detail
- Strong practical experience with AutoCAD Architecture (must be demonstrated in a portfolio)
- Proven experience working on residential projects, with a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Confident using SketchUp for 3D modelling
- Own computer and software to begin work immediately
- Willingness to attend a video interview

Compensation
- Php250 per hour
- Hours to be recorded and submitted via a timesheet at the end of each month

How do you prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects or deadlines?
7. Communication
How would you handle communicating technical details to clients or tea
who may not have a design background?
8. Equipment & Readiness
Please confirm that you have your own computer and software and that you are
ready to start working remotely.
