Marketing & Delivery Support (Shopify + Ad Manager Experience)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our Head of Delivery and the rest of our marketing team.
Your main role will be to assist with daily junior-level tasks that help our team stay organized and efficient.

Tasks Include:
- Granting access to ad accounts/business tools (Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creating Google Drive folders for clients and assigning proper access
- Doing margin/profit calculations using our templates
- Sending onboarding forms to clients
- Linking our dashboard to clients’ ad accounts
- Updating weekly KPIs in the dashboards
- Doing other simple and repetitive logistics/admin work

Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify stores
- Comfortable working inside Google Drive / Google Sheets
- Familiar with Facebook Ad Manager
- Organized, consistent, and communicative
- Eager to learn and grow with the team
