Conscious Biz Virtual Assistant (Audio Editing + Social Media Content Creation + Sales Conversions)

We are calling in a detail-oriented, intuitive Virtual Assistant to support our conscious business/mission.

This role is for someone who can recognize the depth and power in spoken transmissions—and translate that into engaging content that serves a greater purpose for humanity.

Our strategy is based on two concepts:

• Content creation & delivery across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Substack, Twitter, Spotify/podcast platforms.

• Converting followers and engagement into paying clients through the use of landing pages, sales funnels, memberships, high ticket group containers.

Your Role:
• Listen to voice recordings and identify the most potent, impactful segments
• Create short audio reels (with very simple graphics) and post to our new Instagram account & other SM platforms
• Write concise, magnetic captions that match the energy of the clips
• Edit and arrange the full-length audio for upload to Spotify and/or YouTube
• Assist in creating email collecting systems (CRM) and sales funnels for converting followers & engagement into paying clients

About You:
• You have an ear for truth, transmission, and soul resonance
• Skilled in audio editing + Social media + podcast platforms + CRM expertise
• You understand that this is more than a job—it’s soul work, supporting human consciousness and collective awakening
