High-Ticket Sales Closer for Premier Tutoring Company

Zara Tutoring is a fast-growing, multiple 6-figure tutoring company based in Michigan, USA. We help high school students across the country excel in Math, English, Science, foreign languages, and SAT/ACT prep. While most of our clients are local to Michigan, we proudly serve families nationwide.

With 153 five-star Google reviews and a reputation for delivering real results, we’ve built tremendous trust in our community. Until now, the company’s owner has handled all sales calls and has refined our consultation process to achieve a consistent 80% close rate. However, demand has outgrown his availability—so we’re excited to bring on a skilled high-ticket closer to take this to the next level.

What You’ll Do
You’ll speak with warm leads—families who’ve already booked a free consultation call via Zoom and are actively seeking SAT support. Your job is to welcome them with warmth, reconfirm the child’s background information (collected by our appointment setters), and position Zara Tutoring as the trusted solution to help their student succeed.

You’ll deliver immediate value by showing strategies on two carefully chosen SAT questions, providing a sample of our expertise (don’t worry—you’ll be thoroughly trained here). Then, you’ll introduce a 4-minute video explaining our live small group SAT program before addressing questions, handling objections, and closing the sale—either on the call or with a scheduled follow-up within 24 hours.

Responsibilities
• Conduct 30–60 minute Zoom consultations with prospective families
• Follow up with leads via phone or text to move them toward a decision
• Track leads and notes using our CRM (Go High Level)
• Clarify program details, pricing, discounts, and timelines
• Maintain detailed records and perform light admin tasks
• Follow up with no-shows, reschedules, or cold leads
• Represent Zara Tutoring’s brand with professionalism and care

Who We’re Looking For
• Native-level English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills
• Experienced high-ticket closer who knows how to build trust quickly and close with confidence
• Skilled at overcoming objections and using assumptive closes
• Self-starter who thrives in remote work environments
• Comfortable using CRM software and managing a personal pipeline

Device Setup
• Noise-canceling headset
• 10th gen i5 processor or higher
• Reliable laptop or desktop (at least 16 GB RAM)
• High-speed internet connection (with backup)
• Quiet and professional home work environment (with backup power station preferred)

Schedule & Expectations
• 40 hours/week (full-time)
• Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (1 hour break), 5:00 PM–9:00 PM EST
• Zoom consultations: Minimum of 20–25 per week
• Target close rate: 50% minimum
• Follow-up phone calls/messages: 1–3 hours/day (calendar blocks provided)
• Peak consultation hours: 5 hours/day (afternoon and evening preferred, since students are usually at home by then)

Compensation & Perks
• Fully remote
• 100% commission-based: $135 per close (paid every 10 working days)
• You can get a minimum commission of $5,400 - $7,020 per month with a 50% close rate
• No cap on earnings
