Patent Research & Technical Documentation VA (Renewable Energy)

We’re looking for methodical, detail-focused virtual assistants to help us research companies and products in the renewable energy industry — specifically solar inverters, hybrid systems, and energy meters.

This role supports our patent enforcement work. You’ll help us build evidence folders that include company information, product documents, and structured technical summaries.

Tasks include:

Researching company structures, subsidiaries, and global presence

Collecting and organizing user manuals, datasheets, and product brochures

Highlighting relevant features that relate to our patents (we’ll train you on this)

Using ChatGPT to assist with documentation summaries (training provided)

You’ll use Dropbox, Excel/Sheets, ChatGPT, and structured naming systems. We provide training, prompt templates, and examples.
