About the Role
We're looking for a smart, creative, and highly organised Junior Creative Assistant to help us produce and manage ad content across Facebook, Instagram, and email.

You don’t need years of experience — but you do need good taste, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and figure things out.

You’ll work closely with our founder and growth team to help plan, organise, brief, and review creative content that drives real results.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
Organising creative assets and briefs (videos, angles, hooks)

Tracking which ads are performing and why

Helping brief freelancers (editors, designers) clearly

Researching top-performing ad examples

Making sure tasks get done on time

Light editing using Canva or CapCut (optional, not required)

You’ll Thrive If You:
Love DTC brands, ads, and eCommerce

Have great communication and follow-through

Are highly organised and reliable

Take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do

Enjoy a mix of creative and analytical work

Can use (or are excited to learn) tools like Sheets, Meta Ad Library,

Requirements:
Fluent English communication (written + verbal)

Fast and reliable internet connection

Comfortable working full-time hours

Based in the Philippines (time zone compatibility with Australia)
