Are you an organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented person with strong research and communication skills? We’re looking for a motivated individual to help grow our coaching students program by sourcing properties approved for rental arbitrage — the strategy of leasing long-term rentals and converting them into profitable short-term Airbnb stays.

You will be personally trained in our proven method to identify, analyze, and secure profitable rental properties that meet our criteria. Your work will directly help expand and start our students Airbnb business with minimal upfront property investment. We want to work with individuals with a passion for real estate and sales skills. They must speak English fluently.
