Location: Remote (must overlap with EST hours)

About the Role
This role is ideal for a creative, organized visual content expert who thrives in a fast-paced digital space. You’ll be the lead on all video editing and visual storytelling across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Your work will amplify a personal brand rooted in faith, justice, lifestyle, and politics, with occasional support for client deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Edit 30+ short-form videos per month for Instagram Reels/TikTok
- Design 4 high-quality carousel posts per month for LinkedIn
- Edit and retouch photos for professional/personal use
- Design graphics for lifestyle and inspirational carousels
- Support design work for client projects as needed (branding, templates, social assets
- Collaborate weekly on upcoming content, visuals, and batch editing priorities

There isn’t an expectation to create copy/writing in this role. It’s strictly editing and design. The copy will be provided but we will need your help to slim down the copy as needed to best fit visually or for videos – be able to edit in an aesthetically pleasing way.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Canva Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio of edited short-form video and carousel work
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Bonus if familiar with political, advocacy, or mission-aligned brand work
- Highly organized and can juggle multiple formats and revisions without losing the vision


What to Expect:
- A consistent content calendar with clear deliverables. I don’t care for the time zone that you prefer to work in – as long as deliverables are provided on time.
- Feedback-driven, collaborative working style
- Project management software: Asana to help keep track of drafts/final versions
- A chance to build something mission-driven, not just trendy
- Occasionally supporting clients, but focused primarily on building a unique digital voice and brand
