• Who is the ideal person for this position?
Someone who enjoys working with text, listens to the same message even x-times if needed, uses AI (ChatGPT) fluently, has drive, a sharp mind, is ambitious and hungry to learn and can turn voice messages into usable written output — precisely and efficiently.
In other words – a junior with plenty of time, curiosity, and logic — someone who can turn voice messages into clear, structured content.


• What do we actually do (very briefly)?
We help over 100 small businesses get their phones ringing. That includes building websites, writing relevant subpages, creating meaningful text, setting up and managing Google Business Profiles, directories, FB pages, and sometimes ads. All on low budgets. You’ll grow in SEO, content, marketing, AI, UX, business thinking — and much more.


1. We don’t need extensively experienced person. We need someone who can think — and let GPT do the rest.
2. Thinking is the skill. If you have time and logic, you’re already 50% there.

You will be in direct touch with the friendly and knowledgeable, but busy CEO of a digital marketing and web development company – Shark Media Consulting (located in Bratislava, Slovakia).


• Must-have traits:
- Listens to voice notes, extracts key ideas
- Uses AI (ChatGPT) to handle 80% of the work
- Enjoys writing and shaping messages, takeaways, posts, FAQ, etc.
- Thinks in a catchy structure: headline ? subheadline ? body
- Has time, patience, and basic sense for what sounds good


• Summary:
Not a pro. Not fast.
Just someone smart, available, and ready to learn by doing — with AI as their co-pilot.
Some copywriting, social media, and graphic skills (yes, sometimes a logo improvement is needed, etc.) and willingness to learn and keep improving are very welcomed.

I'm looking for someone who's ready to grow fast as hell. Someone who has time, drive, and the mindset to start raising their market value immediately — so we can turn this internship into a real paid job within 6–12 months.

Most of the work the first couple of months will be around text — turning voice messages into clear content (for our own projects or client websites). And about 20% around Social Media (mostly FB, maybe IG). You’ll help keep some client pages alive — posting, organizing, creating simple Canva graphics. Nothing crazy. Just consistency and structure.

As for the things we do? It’s about 100 small things to make client businesses successful. It may sound like a lot — but it’s all learnable. If you can absorb even just 60% of one thing a day, you’ll be useful within a week.

Yes, this is an internship — you will have a financial baseline, and how soon you start earning more depends entirely on the quality of your work.
