Hi there! We’re Think Media, a growing production company / marketing agency / YouTube-focused business that helps brands and entrepreneurs tell their stories through high-quality, engaging video content.
We work on a variety of projects — from YouTube videos and social media reels to ads and client testimonial edits. We’re passionate about creating videos that not only look great but also drive real results for our clients.
We’re looking to add a talented, reliable, and growth-minded Video Editor to our team for the long term. If you love turning raw footage into compelling stories and want to be part of a team that values creativity and excellence, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Edit long-form videos (YouTube / talking head style) into clean, engaging stories with B-roll, cuts, text callouts, and background music.

- Create short-form cutdowns for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) from existing footage.

- Add simple motion graphics (lower thirds, pop-ups, callouts) to match brand style.

- Color correction and audio balancing for polished final outputs.

- Organize project files & maintain clear file naming and folder structure.

- Occasionally create simple thumbnails or graphics for video covers (bonus skill, not required).

Tools & Systems You’ll Use
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve (required)

- After Effects for basic motion graphics (bonus)

- Photoshop / Canva (bonus for thumbnails)

- Google Drive, Dropbox, or ---------- for file transfers

- Slack for communication & ---------- for task tracking

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience editing videos (please share a reel or portfolio — we’d love to see your best work!)

- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow.

- Ability to take feedback well and adjust quickly.

- Good written and spoken English (you’ll communicate directly with our team).

- Reliable internet connection & good computer setup for video editing.

- Looking for someone who is detail-oriented, positive, and enjoys growing their skills.

Hours & Pay
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).

- We’re looking for someone who can grow with us for the long term.

- Starting salary: $800/month, paid bi-weekly via PayPal.
(Can adjust based on your skill level and experience.)

- We offer 13th month pay, paid PH holidays, and performance-based bonuses.
