Shopify Apps - Customer Support, Business Partner

Hi! I am looking to hire someone to take over the most important part of our business: customer support. Right now I am the only person handling customer support via extremely delayed email response. My goal with this is to provide live chat support for at least 8 hours per day as well as much better email support for merchants messaging us outside of the mentioned 8 hour time window.

The main goal of this would be to achieve more reviews for our apps as they are the most important metric for growth on the Shopify App Store. Your job would be to assist the customer via live chat/email to the best of your ability, and if you deem they're satisfied - ask for a review.

If you do an amazing job, I'd love for you to build a team of dedicated support staff as the end goal is to have 24/7 support for our customers. This would of course come with compensation for you :) In the end, I'm not just looking for an employee, I'm looking for a business partner to take this to the next level.

Some requirements I'd love for you to meet:
- previous experience with Shopify (even better if specifically with integrations/apps)
- general knowledge about how Shopify, Shopify App Store and Shopify Apps work and their purpose
- high availability - since I'm looking for something more than just an employee and I myself dedicate a lot of time to this business, I'd hope you do the same (for fair compensation of course)
- great english writing/speaking skills (this is a must have)

If you're a quick learner and think you could get a hang of everything fast, you can disregard the first two points ;)

Since previously I've received a bunch of extremely low quality responses, please answer all of these:
- what are "shopify functions" and examples of apps which use them (at least 5 totally different apps)
- what are "customer tags" and would it be possible to hide a payment method like cash on delivery for customers tagged NO-COD? if so, how and what tools should I use to do that? Send me step by step instructions like if you were creating a tutorial

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Do your best while researching for these questions, do not submit an answer which you "feel like" is correct, you have to be confident it is 100% correct.
