About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle searches across our Engineering and Product organizations. You’ll be a strategic partner to hiring teams, building trusted relationships, shaping hiring plans, and guiding decisions with clarity, data, and precision.
This is a hybrid individual contributor role based in San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, or Los Angeles, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. While your primary focus will be technical recruiting, flexibility to support business hiring as needed is important. You’ll be joining a high-performing TA team that values people experience, structured hiring, and operational rigor.
What You'll Do:
Build deep partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor across role scoping, search strategy, and decision-making
Lead full-cycle high-touch technical recruitment efforts with a strong focus on candidate experience, hiring team alignment, and talent delivery
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies informed by market insights, competitive trends, and business needs
Use data to monitor pipeline health, assess strategy effectiveness, and identify areas for adjustment or improvement
Maintain data integrity across platforms and ensure accurate reporting for visibility and performance tracking
Share insights, feedback, and search updates with key stakeholders, including executives, with clarity and consistency
Recommend and implement process improvements to drive speed, structure, and hiring quality
Flex into high-priority business searches when needed, applying the same level of ownership and intention
Your Background:
6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments, including 2+ years leading complex machine learning searches; a mix of in-house and agency experience is highly preferred
Proven ability to source, engage, and close technical talent in fast-moving, competitive markets
Deep experience with structured hiring—calibrating roles, defining bar-raising criteria, and building aligned interview processes
Comfortable analyzing data to evaluate pipeline health, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity with confidence
