What You Will Be Doing:
- Find and identify prospects using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo/Apollo, job platforms, groups, and Boolean/X-ray searches
- Organize structured talent pipelines by role and location; maintain accurate records in CRM or Google Sheets
- Conduct initial qualification: assess titles, salary expectations, and mobility; document notes and hand off to recruiters
- Collaborate with recruiters on weekly role priorities, feedback, and hiring targets
- Track sourcing metrics (outreach, replies, submits, interviews) and refine strategy weekly
Expected Results (First 90 Days):
- Day 30: Produce 30–50 qualified profiles weekly, accurate data, fast turnaround
- Day 60: 8–12 qualified submits per week leading to 2–4 interviews
- Day 90: Stable pipelines for multiple roles with time-to-slate at five business days or less
Ideal Background:
- Organized, curious, persistent, and able to find hard-to-locate talent
- Strong command of Boolean searches, spreadsheets, and written communication
- Experience sourcing US positions; construction or engineering background is beneficial

Compensation and Growth:
Base salary of $400–$600 depending on experience
Career path toward Senior Sourcer or full-cycle Recruiter roles
Work Setup:
- US Eastern schedule (night shift Philippines), Monday through Friday
- Stable and fast internet connection (50 Mbps minimum) with backup option
- Quiet workspace and dependable headset
