Creative Assistant / Video Editor & Graphic Designer for a full time position

Mondays is a full-service production company based in Los Angeles. Our work focuses mostly on music video and fashion industry but we also do branded and social media content.

We are looking for a full-time CREATIVE Assistant skilled in Video Editing and Graphic Design who wants to join our team.

Pros:
*Flexible schedule as long as we discuss some fixed times to work during the week. We can find a time range that works for both parties keeping in mind the time difference between the Philippines and the United States.
*You can work as much as you want. We will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.

Conditions:
*Flexibility to work in the USA time zone when needed.

Skills:
*Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.
*Knowledge of the following languages is a huge plus: Spanish, Chinese, Japanese or Korean.
*Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is REQUIRED.
*Knowledge in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is REQUIRED.
*Knowledge in video editing (Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve) is REQUIRED.
*Knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Gemini Veo3 is REQUIRED.
*WordPress knowledge is a plus.
*MUST be creative and innovative with attention to detail.

Tasks:
- Design for Creative Decks, PPM Books, music video treatments, and presentations for projects. **Don't worry if not familiar with these formats, we can share samples. But Graphic Design knowledge is REQUIRED.
- Video editing. We have a few clients that want us to edit the content for the YouTube and Instagram accounts: Reels, VLOGS, etc. so Video Editing skills are REQUIRED.
- Social Media Content Creation: mostly creating Instagram Reels.
- Website management: keep updated our websites by uploading new projects.
- Vimeo accounts: manage our Vimeo accounts a keep them updated and nice-looking.
- Take notes in these meetings when needed.
- Potential client research
