Customer Service VA

Looking for a highly experienced Customer Service VA who isn't afraid to get on the phone! We are a family-owned printing business who produce yet outsource many goods across various vendors. Your job will be to follow-up with those vendors, track orders from start to finish, and answer customer emails as they come in. you will also be helping out with generating quotes and pricing inquiries.

Tools being utilized in the current role:
1. Slack
2. Email
3. Phone
4. Google Docs/Sheets Suites
5. Various Industry Specific Programs

Full-Time Position from 9-5PM ET (40 hours a week)
Competitive Rate (with Bonus Eligibility)

You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to handle administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
