Inbound/Outbound Sales Rep – Home Cleaning Services (US Time Zone, Strong English Required)

We’re a fast-growing residential cleaning business looking for a dependable and friendly Sales & Customer Booking Representative to handle incoming leads, follow up with warm prospects, and guide potential customers through our simple sales process.

This is not high-pressure sales—your job is to follow a clear script and playbook, help customers understand our services, and guide them to booking a cleaning. You’ll also handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from people who have already expressed interest.

Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls and texts from potential customers
-Make outbound calls to follow up with warm leads
-Make outbound calls to cold leads from a list
-Walk prospects through our short questionnaire and booking script
-Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to track lead progress and update customer info
-Answer basic customer service questions about scheduling, pricing, and services
-Send quotes or confirmations by email or SMS as needed

What We're Looking For:
-Fluent English speaker with little to no accent
-Comfortable on the phone and able to build trust quickly
-Reliable and responsive – you’ll be a key first impression for our company
-Ability to follow a script but adjust naturally when needed
-Comfortable working in North American time zones (Mountain/Western preferred)
-Familiarity with home services or cleaning industries is a plus
-Experience using a CRM (GoHighLevel preferred, not required)

Hourly, part-time to start (10–20 hrs/week) with potential to grow, wage increases as experienced gained in this job.

Must be available during US business hours (especially mornings/early afternoons)
