Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Personal Assistant. You will be responsible for data entry, digital organization, lead generation, and phone calls for business and personal tasks. Fluency in English is required, and you must be willing to learn how to work independently using Google and other research methods when doing current and new tasks that are vital to the client's business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Add business and personal contacts, foreign language, and English words to a database.
- Updating call and
Digital Organization Management/Content Management:
- Manage, read, and organize incoming and outgoing
- Proof reading posts on a platform (Substack) focused on delivering content through
- repurposing content for other platforms.
Lead Generation:
- Cold out reach to individuals in various social media platforms
- Extract contact information from a self-storage lead database and create letters and addresses using an in-house extracting method.
Phone Calls:
- Schedule medical appointments, pay bills, negotiate payment plans, and handle customer service requests.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, with near-native proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage digital files and
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Experience with lead generation, using Google for research, and data entry is a plus.
