JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a proven Ads Manager with deep expertise in setting up, running, and optimizing high-converting campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.

This role focuses on managing paid traffic for high-ticket offers targeted at small business owners in the finance and funding space. You'll handle everything from strategy development to real-time adjustments, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI while integrating seamlessly with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead funnels and automations.

If you lack hands-on experience in these platforms or haven't managed similar campaigns, please do not apply—we're looking for specialists who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and launch targeted ad strategies for Meta, Google, and YouTube, including audience segmentation (e.g., business owners facing funding challenges or those with high credit scores).

Set up, monitor, and scale campaigns: A/B testing creatives/headlines, budget allocation, bidding, and performance tracking (e.g., CPL, ROAS, conversions).

Integrate ads with GHL: Use pixels for retargeting, automate lead flows into funnels, and optimize based on GHL analytics.
Identify underperforming elements quickly: Analyze data to pivot strategies (e.g., refine targeting if clicks drop or switch creatives if engagement is low).

Ensure compliance: Manage disclaimers, SMS/email opt-ins, and platform rules for finance-related ads.
Report weekly: Provide insights on campaign performance, recommendations, and scaling opportunities.
Required Experience & Qualifications:

3+ years managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube, with proven results in lead-gen for high-ticket offers (e.g., $1K+ products/services).

Demonstrated success targeting business owners or B2B audiences—include examples of past campaigns with metrics (e.g., reduced CPL by X% or scaled ROAS to Y).

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel: Building funnels, setting up automations, conditional forms, and integrations with ad platforms.

Strong strategic knowledge: Launch tactics (e.g., cold traffic funnels, retargeting sequences), quick troubleshooting (e.g., spotting failing ads and pivoting within 24-48 hours), and optimization tools (e.g., A/B testing, pixels).

Familiarity with finance/funding niches a plus (e.g., loans, credit lines)—understanding disclaimers like "*Based on creditworthiness" and TCPA compliance.

Excellent analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and English communication for reports/updates.
Portfolio or case studies required (share links to past campaigns or dashboards).

Please only apply if you meet these criteria—we will interview and test qualified candidates on your experience (e.g., walk through a past campaign strategy or troubleshoot a scenario).

What We Offer:

Flexible remote work with autonomy for a skilled pro.
Ongoing role: Start with initial campaigns, potential for long-term management.
Prompt payments after milestones (e.g., weekly reports).

How to Apply:

Reply with your resume, portfolio/case studies (links to 2-3 campaigns), and answers to the following questions. Use subject line: "Ads Manager Application - [Your Name]". Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Describe a recent Meta/Google/YouTube campaign you managed for a high-ticket offer—include targeting, results (e.g., CPL/ROAS), and how you integrated with GHL.

How do you launch a new campaign from scratch (e.g., strategy for business owners in Florida)?

Give an example of spotting a failing ad and pivoting quickly—what metrics triggered it, and what was the outcome?

How do you handle compliance in finance ads (e.g., disclaimers, opt-ins)?

What's your availability and hourly rate for 15-25 hours/week?

We're excited to find the right fit—let's drive leads and scale together!
