Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Video Editor / Graphic Designer to take ownership of our visual content creation and build the creative foundation for scaling our coaching business. This role requires someone who thrives on transforming raw content into compelling visual stories and finds satisfaction in creating consistent, high-quality assets that elevate our brand presence across all platforms.

This is a remote, full-time position working in EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Video Production Excellence (60% of role)
- Course Content Editing: Transform raw educational content into polished, engaging course modules with graphics, transitions, and professional audio
- Podcast Production: Full podcast editing including intro/outro, audio enhancement, video synchronization, and platform optimization
- YouTube Long-Form Content: Create engaging long-form videos with custom thumbnails, graphics, B-roll integration, and SEO-optimized editing
- Social Media Shorts: Edit dynamic short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook optimized for each platform's algorithms
- Live Stream Enhancement: Edit and repurpose live streaming content into multiple digestible formats
- Brand Video Content: Create promotional videos, testimonials, and marketing content that align with brand messaging

Graphic Design & Brand Development (35% of role)
- Brand Asset Creation: Develop cohesive visual elements across multiple business brands within our ecosystem
- Course Material Design: Create workbooks, worksheets, infographics, and supplementary visual materials for educational content
- Social Media Graphics: Design consistent, on-brand graphics for posts, stories, and promotional content
- Marketing Collateral: Develop sales pages, email graphics, presentation templates, and promotional materials
- Thumbnail Design: Create compelling YouTube thumbnails and social media preview images that drive engagement
- Web Graphics: Design website elements, banners, and visual content for online platforms

Creative Strategy & Optimization (5% of role)
- Content Planning: Collaborate on visual content strategy and creative direction
- Performance Analysis: Track engagement metrics and optimize visual content based on performance data
- Trend Integration: Stay current with design and video editing trends to keep content fresh and engaging
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content maintains brand standards across multiple business verticals

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Essential Video Editing Experience
- Adobe Creative Suite: Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition required
- Alternative Platforms: Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software
- Audio Enhancement: Advanced audio editing, noise reduction, and synchronization capabilities
- Motion Graphics: Ability to create animated graphics, lower thirds, and dynamic visual elements
- Color Grading: Professional color correction and grading for consistent visual quality
- Export Optimization: Understanding of platform-specific export settings and compression techniques

APPLICATION PROCESS

Phase 3: Creative Project
Finalists will complete a paid project (15 hours):

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Financial Package
- Base Salary: $7.00 - $12.00 USD per hour (based on experience and portfolio quality)
- Creative Bonuses: $500 bonus for viral content (100K+ views/high engagement)
