Lead Generation Trainer ( Sales Prospecting)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Trainer to design and deliver (1-2 DAYS) training program for the company that focused on modern B2B lead generation and Sales prospecting (Outsourcing Industry).
Requirements:
1.Proven experience as a lead generation or sales trainer (preferably in an outsourcing/BPO environment)
2.Deep understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and modern B2B sales funnels.
3.Excellent in communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
4.Ability to work independently, adapt to different learning styles, and drive measurable environment.
Qualifications:
-Experience managing or training distributed sales teams.
-Certifications in sales training methodologies or platforms
-Must have a ready module or slides deck for the training campaign.
