Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Remote Role

We are a CFO consultancy and offshore Finance and Admin specialist agency. We’re looking for an experienced and driven CFO to lead our finance team and help grow our client’s business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape strategy, manage risk, and keep company financially strong.

What You’ll Do:

· Support our clients by leading financial their operations: budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management

· Build and improve financial systems and processes

· Provide clear, data-driven advice to support business decisions

· Work closely with the CEO and leadership on strategy, financial planning, and major business initiatives

· Manage and grow a high-performing finance team

What You’ll Need:

· 10+ years in finance, with 5+ years in a leadership role

· CPA or similar qualification (MBA a plus)

· Significant experience in Australian operating and compliance environment

· Strong experience in strategy, reporting, and team leadership

· Comfortable using and overseeing various accounting systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks)

· Experience in fast-paced or high-growth industries

· Self-driven, clear communicator, problem-solver, and confident decision-maker
