Backend Sales Ops Assistant – KPI Tracking, Reports & Client Accountability

We’re hiring a Backend Sales Operations Assistant at Acquisition Ascension—someone who thrives in the background, keeps everything organized, and lets the front-end team focus on closing while you handle the numbers, checklists, and reports.

This isn’t a flashy role.
But it’s critical.

What You’ll Own:
Tracking daily & weekly KPIs across cold callers, closers & back-end team
Building and sending out weekly reports with clear performance breakdowns
Maintaining and updating team dashboards and sheets (Google Sheets / Notion)
Reviewing sales calls, updating close rates, no-show rates, and show-up %
Managing client delivery checklists to ensure nothing is missed
Keeping leadership updated with key metrics and bottlenecks

Who You Are:
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Excel/Sheets competent (formulas, formatting, filtering)
Can keep data clean, updated, and clearly presented
Comfortable tracking performance without needing hand-holding
Can work independently and own recurring tasks without reminders
Fluent in English, can communicate clearly and professionally

Bonus if You:
Have experience working in sales teams or online coaching/agency space
Are familiar with CRMs, Notion, GoHighLevel, or any KPI tracking tools
Understand what makes a sales pipeline convert (basic knowledge)
