Experienced Moving Company Sales Manager

We are a growing moving company looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office / Sales Manager to join our team. You will act as the communication bridge between our ground staff and customers, ensuring every move runs smoothly from booking to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the ground team and keep customers updated on arrival times

Provide quotes and follow up with prospective clients

Call customers to collect payments via the Xero application

Confirm payments and job details in the team WhatsApp group

Book in new customers and confirm jobs the night before

Track and report on conversion rates

Ensure all staff follow operational procedures

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication

Knowledge of Moving industry and what size truck to quote ( i will teach this)

Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Able to multitask and manage a fast-paced workflow

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Available 6 days per week

Motivated by performance-based income - we are currently doing 200 jobs per month in Brisbane and have started selling work in Sydney
