Full-Time Marketing Associate – HubSpot, SEO & Creative Strategy Expert (Work from Home)
WFH | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time | Monday to Friday

About the Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Associate who will take full ownership of our marketing outputs — from HubSpot automation to website updates, SEO, and campaign execution. You’ll work with a forward-thinking WHS & compliance company in Australia that values autonomy, creativity, and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot – setup, automations, surveys, CRM updates
- Build and execute strategic marketing campaigns, especially for email and LinkedIn
- Design marketing content – brochures, flyers, capability statements, social media ads
- Maintain and evolve the company website (WordPress essential)
- Improve and implement SEO strategy – both technical and content-based
- Create visual content for digital platforms (basic video editing is a bonus)
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Knowledge of AI strategies

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Media/Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (with portfolio or samples)
- Proven expertise in HubSpot, WordPress, and SEO
- Excellent content writing and visual design skills
- Strong attention to detail, organized, proactive, and a team player
- Previous remote work experience with great communication and time management

Tech Requirements
- Own laptop/desktop
- Minimum Internet Speed: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (with back up)
- Webcam & clear audio for video meetings
