We are looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our friendly and fast paced team.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic and have a great “can do” attitude.
Previous marketing knowledge is preferred but not essential. It is important that you have an interest in marketing.
You will be implementing email marketing campaigns for our part-time Finance Director Business.
The role will include:
• Setting up email campaigns
• Managing the responses from Email campaigns
• Setting up activities in our CRM System for our telemarketing team
• Monitoring website visitors
• A variety of other ad hoc support tasks working with our head office marketing team
• Creating marketing reports
• Communication with the management team
• Controlling of a CRM system
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills:
• Good use of Microsoft Office; Excel, outlook & Word
• Naturally good at picking up a variety of different software programmes
• A basic understanding of the marketing profession
• Fast internet connection
• A quiet office environment at home
• Skype for communicating with team members based in the UK
