Kajabi Tech Expert & Creative Assistant – Pre-Launch Project (with Long-Term Potential)

We are a new mentoring platform for coaches. We’re looking for a skilled Kajabi assistant to help us bring our next phase to life. This is a project-based role to start immediately, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term creative/tech support position.

???? About This Role
You’ll help us launch with confidence by setting up and refining our digital infrastructure in Kajabi. If you’re tech-savvy, love creating smooth user experiences, and can balance design with function, we want to hear from you.

???? Phase One – Pre-Launch Project Includes:
Kajabi Website Edits & SEO: Edit and optimize professional website within Kajabi platform (both text and layout) with proper SEO optimization

Funnels & Automations: Lead magnets, nurture sequences, other course automation

Course Platform Support: Uploading/editing existing modules on Kajabi, implementing feedback, organizing

Light Graphic Assistance: Branded page visuals or layout adjustments (optional but a plus)

Platform Optimization: Ensure seamless user experience across all Kajabi features and integrations

???? Long-Term Opportunity May Include:
We’re looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can also support us with:

PDF & Canva Creation: Workbooks, coaching tools, opt-in freebies

Social Media Assistance: YouTube uploads, basic repurposing for Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok

Basic Video Editing: Trimming, subtitles, intros/outros (for course content and social clips)

Admin Support: Uploading podcast episodes, managing Kajabi back-end, updating links/content

? Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Experienced with Kajabi (website, funnels, automations, and course setup)

Proficient in Canva and/or similar design tools

Skilled in basic video editing software (CapCut, Descript, or similar)

Comfortable with Google Workspace, basic SEO, and uploading social media content

Reliable, communicative, and comfortable working independently

Detail-oriented with an eye for design and branding consistency

Aligned with our tone: encouraging, empowering, friendly, and professional

Bonus: Experience working with course creators
