Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to homeowners to ask if they’re interested in selling their property
• Build rapport and engage in friendly, professional conversations
• Gather important property details such as condition, motivation, asking price, and timeline
• Accurately enter lead information into our CRM
• Follow up with leads when necessary
• Coordinate with our acquisition team to schedule qualified appointments

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate (at least 1 year preferred)
• High-speed and reliable internet connection
• Quiet work environment with a noise-canceling headset
• Confidence, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
