Communications Coordinator

Your Main Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Communications Coordinator who'll work with our team to handle deal acquisition conversations on behalf of our clients/partners. Typically, these calls and video meetings are held to understand what the brokers or sellers want in terms of the LOI (Letter of Intent), identify how we can move the deal forward, and capture any key notes or details they wish to communicate. We then ensure all notes are documented, action items are followed up on, and the Deal Execution Team is informed of any necessary changes so we can effectively counter the terms.

Your main day-to-day will include:
Lead, facilitate, or drive M&A deal acquisition meetings, specifically once the Letter of Intent (LOI) has been signed.
Prepare structured agendas and facilitate productive conversations with brokers, sellers, and buyers during post-LOI calls.
Summarize key discussion points, decisions, and next steps clearly in post-meeting notes.
Proactively identify and address blockers (e.g., pending documents, scheduling conflicts) with professionalism and tact.
Submit clear, concise, and organized meeting notes before the end of each business day (EOD).

You MUST Have:
- Strong communications capabilities, both written and verbal

You Should Have:
- 1+ year of experience working in a relevant role
- Some experience in a sales or similar type of role where there are no scripts, it comes down to your ability to communicate
- A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better
- Intellectual curiosity and rigor
