As we continue to expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support and CRM Admin to help us stay organised, responsive, and efficient behind the scenes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality brand at the heart of its growth journey.
Role Overview
You will be the operational glue that supports our sales and event teams by managing our CRM system, handling day-to-day admin, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry to event delivery. Your work will be critical in maintaining our high standards and enabling us to scale without losing our personal touch.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring all enquiries, follow-ups, and client data are accurately logged and updated
Coordinate booking processes, sending contracts, invoices, and event confirmations in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with clients via email and phone to provide updates, gather information, and confirm details
Support the Events Manager with planning documents, client briefs, and logistical coordination
Monitor team inboxes and ensure prompt responses or task delegation
Assist in compiling customer feedback and performance reports
Implement and improve admin systems to increase efficiency and organisation
Required Skills
Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken); language proficiency will be tested as part of the shortlisting process
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication and confident phone manner
Experience using CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and cloud-based admin tools
Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Familiarity with event operations or hospitality is a plus, but not essential
Additional Info
Part-time or full-time hours available, depending on experience and availability
