We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and reliable content designer & assistant to help us bring high-performing Instagram content to life for our clients.
This role blends graphic design, short-form video editing, and light social media support to execute our done-for-you content system, which repurposes long-form assets into scroll-stopping, conversion-aligned content for online educators, course creators, and thought leaders.
This is not a junior or task-taking role. We’re hiring you because you are a specialist, someone who owns outcomes, leads delivery, and communicates confidently with clients.
YOUR ROLE
1. Content Creation
- Design carousels, quote posts, static visuals, and Reels covers using approved copy and brand assets
- Edit short-form Reels (15–90s) using client footage, B-roll, or talking heads. Add engaging hook, captions, smooth transitions, CTA, and on-brand layouts
- Apply hook-first thinking, CTA placement, and high-retention layouts
- Suggest creative angles, audio ideas, or layouts that elevate strategy
2. Client-Facing Delivery & Revisions
- Upload content for review via ClickUp and Google Drive
- Communicate directly with clients on feedback, questions, and revisions (ClickUp and Slack)
- Deliver polished final assets with professionalism and clarity
- Be the visual point of contact. You represent the agency in this lane
3. Light Content Management + Scheduling
- Maintain organized folders for each client
- Assist with scheduling posts in Planoly, Later, or Creator Studio
- Proactively flag issues, inefficiencies, or missing assets
4. Performance Tracking
- Monitor post performance weekly (reach, saves, shares, etc.)
- Log key data in the ClickUp performance dashboard
- Identify what’s working and where we can optimize strategy
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU...
- Have 1–2+ years of experience in social content creation, design, or editing
- Are proficient with Canva or Adobe Suite
- Can edit Reels using Descript, CapCut, Adobe or similar
- Understand design for social media (Instagram) conversion, not just visual appeal
- Have strong typography/layout instincts and a clean, modern aesthetic
- Can speak directly with clients and manage feedback confidently and respectfully.
- Are highly resourceful, self-led, and solution-oriented
- Own your timeline, quality, and results without needing hand-holding
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and reliably. Always
COMMUNICATION & CULTURE
We’re a remote, async-friendly team, which means you’ll have autonomy and flexibility, but we value clear, timely communication and proactive ownership.
What we expect:
- Respond to Slack or ClickUp messages within 24 business hours
- Proactively updates if you're blocked, behind, or need clarification
- Be available for occasional client calls or internal check-ins (with notice)
- Take initiative. We don’t micromanage, but we do expect leadership in your role
You don’t need to be online 24/7. But you do need to own your zone, meet deadlines, and communicate with clarity.
