JOB OVERVIEW

Nexiq is a remote-first startup focused on connecting Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) firms with talented offshore professionals. We’re looking for a part-time (20–25 hrs/week) Junior HR & Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, client communication, and HR admin.

Responsibilities:
Support onboarding processes for remote talent (forms, documentation, progress tracking)
Maintain Airtable trackers, calendars, and SOP documentation
Coordinate communications with clients and remote team members
Help organize shared files, emails, and Google Workspace / Notion tasks
Assist with continuous improvement of operational processes
Requirements:
Female applicants only
Strong written and spoken English
1–3 years experience in HR, admin, virtual assistance, or operations
Familiar or willing to learn Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion
Professional, organized, with good communication skills
Confident and friendly on video calls
Work Hours & Location:
Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
Work remotely from the Philippines or Latin America
Some overlap with North American time zones (8 AM – 2 PM CST/PST)
Stable internet connection required
Compensation:
CAD $400–$550/month (approx. USD $300–$420), pro-rated for hours
Paid local holidays (Philippines or Latin America)
