Sourcing Virtual Assistant (China Product Platforms)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Sourcing Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our product development and procurement operations. Your primary role will be to search for products on Chinese sourcing platforms such as ---------- , Taobao, and Pinduoduo, communicate with suppliers, and organize product and supplier information clearly for our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product searches and comparisons on platforms such as 1688, Taobao, and others
- Source multiple suppliers for each product and compare pricing, MOQ, materials, and quality
- Initiate and maintain efficient communication with Chinese suppliers (written Mandarin required)
- Request quotations, samples, lead times, and product certifications
- Vet suppliers based on reliability, responsiveness, and manufacturing capabilities
- Organize supplier details, quotes, and communication logs into well-structured reports
- Communicate with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure alignment on requirements and sourcing objectives
- Assist in coordinating and Following up with suppliers regarding production progress, shipping, and documentation

Requirements:
- Proven experience in product sourcing, especially with ---------- and similar Chinese B2B platforms
- Fluent in Mandarin (written) and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects
- Familiar with basic Excel/Google Sheets and clear documentation
- Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and take initiative
- Background in eCommerce, dropshipping, or product development is a plus
