WordPress developer needed to build simple WooCommerce site

I need to update an older website ( ---------- ) to something more modern. I want the site to look like this: ---------- . I have a license to Organic Themes STAX WordPress builder ( ---------- ) and would prefer to use this for the build but it's not a hard requirement. All I need is the template built and working — I will provide all content.
