Video Editor (Short-Form + YouTube Long-Form)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a fast, reliable, and detail-oriented Video Editor based in the Philippines to join our media team. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos with clean cuts, captions, and light motion graphics/animations. Content will be primarily in the money/business niche, but may also include personal vlogs and behind-the-scenes footage.

Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos daily from raw footage or long-form content
Edit long-form YouTube videos with clean pacing, lower thirds, B-roll, and animated transitions
Add captions, emojis, zoom-ins, ---------- s, and punchy cuts to keep engagement high
Understand storytelling and structure content with hooks, retention, and CTAs in mind
Implement feedback quickly and meet tight turnaround times
Occasionally edit vlog-style content in a personal, cinematic, or fast-paced format
Organize files and maintain editing consistency across content
Communicate daily via Slack or similar platforms, with fast response times

Requirements:
Proven experience editing for influencers or brands in the business/finance/sales niche
Mastery of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
Experience with caption animation tools (like CaptionHub, Vrew, or After Effects)
Strong grasp of what makes content viral and engaging on social media
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Must be responsive, fast, and able to turn around edits within 24–48 hours
