Real Estate VA – Data Scrubbing (Phone, Email, Owner Lookup)

I have property owner data and need someone to scrub/enrich it with:

Phone numbers (cell & landline)


Email addresses (if available)

Owner address verification
Tools to use include: BeenVerified, TruePeopleSearch, FastPeopleSearch, InfoTracer, Infoseek, etc.

Requirements:

Previous experience skip tracing or enriching real estate data

Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented

Fluent in English (written)

Able to start immediately

Budget: $4/hour, can work something out if you want to batch it per 100 records pulled.
Volume: Start with 200 records – ongoing work available if quality is good.
