Hello, I'm the founder of a coaching business that helps women who are the trailblazers and dependable anchors in their families, break free from over-functioning survival mode so they can live an intentional life filled with confidence and control, on their own terms.

I’m looking for a part-time Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the setup and execution of our core funnel and email marketing operations.

You’ll play a crucial role in helping us bring our brand’s message to life and streamline our back-end systems so we can impact more women, without burnout.

INITIAL PRIORITIES - PHASE 1

Clean up ConvertKit tags, segments, and lists
Write, build and embed lead magnet quiz into Wix and connect it to ConvertKit funnel
Re-design masterclass sign-up form and landing page (Wix > ConvertKit via HTML)

ON GOING JOB SCOPE EXAMPLES

1. ConvertKit Setup & Technical Workflow
Build automation workflow triggered by sign-up
Auto Zoom link + calendar invite setup
Assign clear tags for: cold leads, masterclass attendees, hot leads, group applicants
2.Email Copywriting
3. Masterclass funnel Sequence management, from sign up to, final call email's encouraging people to sign up to the programme

4. Write story-based, bold emails aligned with brand voice - blend of mindset, identity work, and CTAs
5. Formatting and scheduling in ConvertKit to email subscribers

OUT REACH/PITCHING

DESIRED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Understanding of tagging strategy, lead nurture, and evergreen funnels
Proficient with Wix, Zoom, and ConvertKit
Clear communicator, proactive and self-led
Experience writing engaging email copy (coaching, mindset, empowerment spaces preferred)

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

The founder is based in the UK and is looking for someone who is confident working independently and takes initiative. A thorough onboarding will be provided during the first week to ensure the freelancer is set up for success.

Weekday communication will primarily take place before 9am UK time (4pm PH time), with intermittent availability throughout the day via message. Weekly milestones will be clearly outlined in advance, and check-ins will typically take place before the start of each week, usually on weekends between 10am–1pm UK time (5pm–8pm PH time).
