About the Company: AI Solutions Agency builds SaaS tools and web platforms for the entertainment industry. We focus on rapid prototyping, collaborative development, and delivering intuitive, high-quality digital experiences.

Role Overview: We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create polished, user-friendly designs for our digital products including ticketing, analytics, and fan-engagement tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners and developers in an agile environment.

Work Schedule
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling within core collaboration hours

Key Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements and user research into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design responsive layouts and UI components using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system (typography, color, spacing, iconography)
- Use tools like Lovable and Cursor for collaborative design sessions and user flow planning
- Provide developers with polished assets and detailed specs; support the implementation process
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs using user feedback and analytics
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and performance best practices in all deliverables
- Document design patterns and best practices for use across the team

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- A portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile designs, user flows, and prototypes
- Experience with collaborative design tools (e.g., Lovable, Traycer, Cursor)
- Understanding of responsive design, HTML/CSS basics, and accessibility standards
- Experience in user research, testing, and iteration

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or maintaining design systems (e.g., Storybook, ZeroHeight)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue) for effective handoffs
- Experience using Supabase UI libraries or similar components
- Understanding of animation tools like Framer Motion or Lottie
- Background in designing for SaaS platforms or entertainment-related applications

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $3,000 USD per month, depending on experience and portfolio
