Experienced YT Scriptwriter (real results!)

We’re looking for a serious, proven YouTube scriptwriter, not a blog writer, not a beginner, not someone experimenting with AI tools.
This job is for someone who knows how to write scripts that get views, drive retention, and change how people think.

You must understand human psychology, emotional tension, and how to keep people watching from start to finish. If you don’t know what AVD is, this isn’t for you.

You Must:

* Have at least 1 year experience writing YouTube scripts that actually performed
* Show real proof: scripts used in videos, with links to the channels if possible
* Understand how to build curiosity, open loops, deliver strong hooks, and write with retention in mind.
* Know how to speak to the audience's pain points, fears, dreams, and values, not just explain facts
* Have experience in niches like mindset growth, discovery, or transformation content.

* Craft intros that demand attention, not bore people with AI stuff.
* Deliver real insights with research and psychology behind them
* Collaborate with our team for feedback and improvements
* Meet deadlines and stay consistent
