REAL Experienced Thumbnail Designer (NO AI, NO CANVA)

We run channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers and millions of views.
We’re looking for a thumbnail designer who actually knows what gets clicks, not someone throwing text on a stock image.

This job is for talented visual thinkers who understand YouTube psychology, composition, storytelling, and how to stop the scroll in one single image.

If you don't have real examples, don’t apply.
If you can deliver impact, we’ll give you consistent, long-term work, and pay on time.

What We’re Looking For:

* Thumbnails that stand out at first glance

* Strong visual storytelling: tension, mystery, energy, emotion

* You can work fast: 24–48 hour turnaround

* Fluent in Photoshop or similar (NO AI, NO templates, NO Canva drag-and-drop stuff)

You improve with feedback and understand what makes people click

Must Have:

* A real portfolio, we want to see thumbnails you actually made that performed (not fake mockups or AI junk)

* Understanding of CTR psychology and visual strategy

* Can design in different moods/styles (e.g. mystery, mindset, surreal, personal story)

* You work clean and with precision, no lazy details

You’ll Also Be Asked To:

* Make one sample thumbnail for us before hiring, watermark it if you want.
(We don’t use test thumbnails for content. We just need to see if you really know what you're doing.)

Bonus If You:

* Have worked with large YouTube channels

* Understand thumbnail trends in niches like psychology, true crime, discovery niche or transformation

* Can do basic retouching/compositing when needed
