Virtual Assistant (Social Media Manager & Content Creation)

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team! This role will support two growing U.S.-based businesses – one in Home Care and the other in a Med Spa – with all things social media and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

Create, edit, and schedule engaging content, including reels, short-form videos, and branded posts

Build and optimize Facebook and LinkedIn business pages

Design flyers, newsletters, and marketing assets using Canva or similar tools

Collaborate on content calendars and campaign strategies

Respond to comments/messages and help grow engagement

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management and content creation

Strong skills in video editing and basic graphic design (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)

Excellent written English communication skills

Proactive, organized, and able to manage content for multiple brands

Comfortable working U.S. business hours (some overlap required)

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in the healthcare or beauty/wellness industry

Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance tracking

Work Schedule:
30–40 hours/week (flexible with some overlap during U.S. hours)

Pay Rate:
$6–$10 USD per hour (based on experience and skillset)
