What You'll Be Doing:
As our Video Podcast Editor Specialist, you'll be responsible for bringing our clients' podcast visions to life.

This includes:
*Seamlessly editing both video and audio podcast content, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
*Crafting compelling trailers that grab attention and drive listenership.
*Transforming long-form video podcasts into engaging short-form content for social media and other platforms.
*Working with 4K multi-cam footage and multiple audio tracks, demonstrating advanced technical proficiency.
*Utilising your strong English language skills to ensure clear and impactful storytelling.

Who We're Looking For:
We need a true specialist – someone who is not just proficient, but passionate about video podcast editing. To be considered, you'll need to demonstrate:

*Exceptional proficiency in video and audio editing software.
*Proven experience with 4K multi-cam setups and complex audio syncing.
*A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
*Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What Happens Next:
Trial Task: If your initial application stands out, we'll invite you to complete a 15-minute unpaid trial task (this will not be a full episode). This allows us to assess your skills firsthand.

Video Interview: Successful candidates from the trial will be invited for a video interview.

Onboarding & Probation: If you're the perfect fit, you'll be onboarded with a one-week paid probation period. At the end of this week, we'll mutually decide if this is the right long-term partnership. This is just to make sure we are the right fit & work well together :)
