Position: System Developer (Airtable)

Tl;dr Looking for an innovative and creative person. Airtable, Zapier, Google Workspace expert.

We're looking for a System Developer to build and manage our internal systems and workflows. You’ll be the go-to admin/engineer for automation and operational efficiency across our globally distributed team. Your job is to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of tasks by building, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our fulfillment engine.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in Airtable, Zapier, and Google Workspace, combined with a systems-thinking mindset and the ability to guide process improvements through automation and accountability.

Core Responsibilities

- System Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator for Airtable (task tracking, data models) and Zapier (workflow automation).
- Workspace Management: Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, permissions, and integrations to keep the team secure and productive.
- Team Enablement: Ensure the team has the tools, dashboards, and systems needed to meet our 24-hour turnaround promise for customer requests.
- Automation Design: Build, monitor, and optimize Zaps and Airtable automations to reduce manual work and accelerate turnaround times.
- Fulfillment Oversight: Support daily team check-ins by maintaining accurate task boards and pushing updates to stakeholders.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify blocked workflows, follow up with tea ---------- mbers or customers, and unblock tasks.
